Dear Fiona,

Please find enclosed a cheque for the balance owing following the event last Thursday.

I also just wanted to say a personal thank you for your calm organization of the evening which I think everyone agreed was absolutely the best Consultant Dinner that The Hospital of St. John and St. Elizabeth has ever managed to pull off!

I have also written to Nigel saying that the unexpected star of the evening, other than the Tenors Incognito which, it will not surprise you to learn, have been talked about throughout the Hospital and have certainly had people asking me how to get in touch with them for events they might be running and I have given your details to at least three people so far, was the lady who did silhouettes and, again, in my letter to Nigel, I think my only criticism is that l think I would have been able to claim her three times over to get around all the Consultants as there were a lot of people who were disappointed, having seen their colleagues silhouettes, not to have the chance to meet her. She was certainly an extraordinarily talented lady and I would definitely have her again.

The flowers, the entertainment, the evening was fantastic and a lot of that was down to your cool, calm approach to everything and l would just like to say thank you so much for all your support.

Halloween Party

I am writing to thank you and your team for their contribution to our recent Halloween party. The event was a great success thanks in part to the games and entertainers provided by Dark Blues Management Ltd. The Scalectrix was particularly popular with the older children (to say nothing of their Mums and Dads) and the littlies were quite mesmerised by the magician who truly was magic!

In organising events of this type one is very reliant upon the services provided by others and once again Dark Blues have turned up trumps. My thanks again to you and all your team for helping make it such a successful event.

Dear Emily (and the rest of the band),

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for your fantastic performance at our wedding on Saturday 16th September. You were truly amazing and really made a massive contribution to our wedding day. All of our guests have been raving about you since we've been back from our honeymoon! Thank you also for organising the "nobody does it better" arrangement for our first dance which, again, was just perfect ! You were all incredibly professional...we couldn't have wished for a better band for our wedding. We are just trying to find an excuse to book you again !
