Unipart Christmas Party
Dark Blues Management were privileged to be asked to find a celebrity chef for Unipart’s Christmas party at
Blenheim Palace and were fortunate to retain the services of the universally popular TV chef and restaurateur,
Antony Worrall Thompson. Antony cooked up a mouth-watering dinner for the guests to enjoy in the beautiful
long library. The menu included smoked salmon, wild mushroom soup and grouse wrapped in turkey.
As if this wasn’t enough there was a glorious chocolate mousse to top it all off, definitely not for anyone on
a strict diet!
The evening was a sumptuous affair having the use of the whole of the magnificent Palace and themed in a
Victorian style, it really was like stepping back into a Christmas past. With Dickensian characters to mix and mingle
with the guests a Scottish Piper and the Royal Marines it was an impressive affair. The evening was rounded off by
dancing to The Dark Blues - it was certainly a night to remember.
